Active for Life

Active for Life is a simple way to make physical activity a part of your everyday lifestyle.

If you want to feel the benefits of becoming more active and have some fun at the same time Active for Life is for you! It will help you to maintain a healthy weight, become fitter and healthier and feel better about yourself.

Active for Life is a scheme to help everyone to achieve a minimum level of activity in their lives. Just three 30-minute sessions every week can help you to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Longwell Green is a new facility opened in the summer of 2007, featuring a main and learner pools and a state of the art gym. Yate is a large wet and dry centre, currently midway through a £1.8m refurbishment - it is open during the works.
