DPA statement
By Joining the Active card you consent for us to contact you about the scheme and its partners. This will include contact about library requests, overdue items and activity level and communications that are required to ensure we can offer the services promised to you.
The personal details you provide will be held on a database and in paper records by the Active Card Partnership. The information will be used to administer and provide access to library, leisure, sport, cultural and community activities and services.
Information will be shared with the Libraries West Consortium, Bristol City Council, Bath and North East Somerset Council, North Somerset
Council, Somerset County Council, South Gloucestershire Council, South Gloucestershire Leisure Trust, South Gloucestershire Sure Start Centres and South Gloucestershire Primary Care Trust.
We will not share information with other groups or agencies without your consent unless these have been formally added to the Active Card Partnership or we are required to do so by law. Your information will be kept and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

A current list of members of the Partnership is also available from all libraries and leisure centres in South Gloucestershire.
