The information will be used to administer and provide access to library, leisure, sport, cultural and community activities and services. Information will be shared with the Libraries West Consortium, Bristol City Council, Bath and North East Somerset Council, North Somerset Council, Somerset County Council, South Gloucestershire Council, South Gloucestershire Leisure Trust and South Gloucestershire Primary Care Trust. We will not share information with other agencies or groups without your consent unless these have been formally added to the Active Card Partnership or we are required to do so by law. Your information will be kept and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
